Phil Randall, AKA Wing General, has been a long-term wing eater and former Hoosier fan.  Noted for his accomplishments in both wing eating and the Wingazette® Racing League, he has been an example for all Hoosiers to follow.

Born in the Land of Bland, Phil has transcended himself into a legendary spice eater.  He proved the correlation between good hot wings and good bowling scores.  His letters and columns appear now for your enjoyment and enlightenment.

In 1996, the Wing General took pen in hand and composed the now legendary "Ballad of the Half-Fast Oyster Bar".
