
1 package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns (1 pound, 4 ounces)
1 8 ounce package Kraft® 2 % Milk Colby & Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup Egg Beaters®
1 Tomato, chopped
1 package diced ham
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Spray an 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer half of the potatoes, half of the ham, half of the chopped bell pepper and ¾ cup of the cheese;
repeat.
Combine eggs and milk in a medium bowl; beat well. Pour evenly over the
mixture; press lightly. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Uncover and add the tomato and the remaining ½ cup of cheese. Bake and
additional 10-15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out
clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
For 13x9x2-inch pan, double all ingredients and increase baking time 5 to 10
minutes.
