In the early 1970's, the Statler Brothers produced an album entitled "The Saturday Morning Radio Show".  The production was a take-off on a typical Saturday morning radio show, with the musicians not only playing out of tune, but off-key as well.  We looked for the album for thirty+ years to no avail.

In the early 2000's, we found a link to Lester Moran, the leader of the band, to a radio station in California who showed the Saturday Morning Radio Show on their play list.

In 2004, we Googled a link to Lester Moran and the Cadillac Cowboys and found the CD on Amazon.com

In 1994, Mercury Records put together "The Complete Lester 'Roadhog' Moran and the Cadillac Cowboys".  The disc includes two Saturday Morning Radio Shows, along with a live broadcast from the Johhny Mack Brown High School, with an interview by Ralph Emery, and audition tape and a phone interview with Ralph Emery.

This is by far, the funniest album we've ever heard.  Here are some of the pictures from the album cover.  Click on each photo to enlarge.
