
This recipe is a favorite for using leftover smoked chicken.
1 pound ground beef or leftover chicken or ham
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 (10-ounce to 16-ounce) box frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16-ounce) box Tater Tots
Brown the ground beef with onion and celery and drain. If
using other chicken or ham, omit this step. Grease a 9 x 13 inch
casserole. Add soups, water and vegetables to the meat mixture. Mix
well. Arrange potatoes on top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
