
Make this recipe guilt-free with fat-free mayo and sour cream.
Thaw 1 box of chopped spinach for 6 hours. Squeeze all water from the
spinach and add it to the following ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup mix
Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers.
