½ cup olive oil

¼ cup minced garlic

½ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

¼ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice

¼ cup TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

 

Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat;  stir in garlic and cook 15 seconds or until the garlic releases its fragrance.  Remove the mixture from the heat to cool slightly, then stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Remove the mixture from the heat and cool to room temperature.  Set aside ½ cup to serve at the table;  use the remainder to marinate poultry, meat or seafood before grilling.  Discard used marinade.  Makes 1 ½ cups.
