Snappy Salsa

3 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced

1/2 small red onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped

1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar

2 teaspoons lime juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon Frank's RedHot® Sauce

Combine all ingredients and chill at least two hours before serving.

Store covered for up to one week.

Of course, you can add more Frank's RedHot® to taste!
