Meat & Taters Casserole

 

1 # ground beef

˝ cup chopped onion

1 16 oz package fresh hash brown potatoes

2 carrots, peeled and sliced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can green beans

Brown the ground beef and onions together and drain.  Drain the green beans. 

Layer the beef and onions into a casserole dish.  Add the hash brown potatoes.  Add the carrots.  Add the green beans.  Top the mixture with the soup.  Bake at 350⁰F for 45 minutes.  Remove from the oven and top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
