From 1992: Now the truth can be told about the recipe
that first pleased the Hoosiers and took wing eating to a new level in the state
of Indiana. This recipe is not for the professional wing eater, as it is
better suited for the novice.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 Cup RedHot® Sauce
Stir this mixture until smooth and serve
cautiously over cooked wings to novice wing eaters. They should be ready
to move up to Brenda's Beginners after two or
three doses of Hoosier Hot Ones.
