Hal's Ultra-Blue Cheese Dressing

The perfect fire extinguisher for the previously listed wing recipes, Hal’s Ultra-Blue is praised for it’s simplicity as well as its flavor.

¼ to ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles (we like Danish or Garganzola cheese)

¾ cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Crumble the blue cheese into a coffee cup.  Add Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and stir until smooth.  Serve with celery sticks as the perfect compliment to any Buffalo Wing recipe.
