Grilled Devil Wings

1 ˝ cups olive oil

˝ cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon crushed peppercorns

1 tablespoon crushed, dried red pepper

salt to taste

WINGS

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, crushed peppercorns and red pepper.  Toss the wings to coat, then marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Grill wings over medium heat for about 30 minutes, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.  Turn about every 5 minutes.
