In 2004, CART became ChampCar under new ownership. It's
still early in the season, but things are looking good so far. Come back
in mid-August for our report from Road America on this year's race.
Championship Auto Racing Teams, or CART, is the best racing
series in the world. No other series combines short tracks, ovals, road
courses, street courses and super speedways in the same vehicles. The
racing is always close, and there are constantly new drivers entering the series
every year.
