This easy-to-make marinade is excellent on steak, roast or chicken.

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup Italian dressing

1/4 cup bourbon

Mix ingredients and pour over meat in a baggie.  Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
